FunRevamp dot com has been infringing on my intellectual property rights and allegedly stealing credit card numbers as well. Why has Google not yet reported them as unsafe?

Funrevamp have been deducting $99.29 plus $2.48 from my credit card on a number of occasions (five times) since August 2018.I have emailed them and asked for it to cease. Am awaiting a reply. I've also reported it to VISA who said I must first contact them which I've done via email.They're obviously a racket.Bernice
